Jim White: Owner and founder, Mr. White has operated this business since inception in 1979. Prior to that he worked in various shipyards and repair facilities from 1968 to 1979. He is a high school graduate with four years in the navy. White Marine qualifies and is listed as a Veteran Owned Business.

Jennifer Billand: CEO and financial officer has operated all financial aspects of White Marine since 1999. She also handles contract administration on larger projects and is responsible for the day to day operation of our office. Prior to 1999 Mrs. Billand was a Credit Analyst for Amerada Hess and held various Credit/Collection positions at major corporations. Mrs. Billand is a 1994 graduate of Kean University and Berkley Business School.
